* This role is a virtual role.
* Regular pay bumps: our pay is between $5-$15/hour depending on your skillsets. We want to reward our talented team members and ideally would have you on the team for at least 2-3 years.
* Kind communication: unlike other companies, you’ll be a part of our team as a colleague. We find it _extremely_ important to treat our VAs with kindness and respect. You will not be overworked and will be fairly compensated. If you continue to do a phenomenal job, we provide regular bonuses and pay bumps over time.
* Flexible Hours: you are free to choose the hours you work — as long as the work is completed conscientiously and well, you can work whenever you’d like
* This role does not involve any speaking to customers (only email and text management)
**Next Steps/How to Apply:**
Applications are accepted on a rolling basis so applying as soon as possible is highly recommended. If you are selected for the role, you’ll have a 2-week paid trial period, in which you get to test out the work and your colleagues before committing to joining.
Feel free to respond with any questions you have.
Thanks,
Carmel
