We are looking for a proactive & detail-oriented Household Manager / Personal Assistant to support Alex Costa in managing his home and office space. This is a great opportunity for someone highly organized, resourceful, and eager to gain hands-on experience in personal assistance, content production support, and operations. Role Responsibilities: Coordinate household inventory and assist with ordering necessary supplies. Maintain organized and efficient home and office environments. Implement and optimize organizational systems to improve efficiency and aesthetic appeal. Manage received packages, returns, and exchanges. Support coordination of pet care for Alex's dog, including walks, vet appointments, and related logistics as needed. Collaborate closely with his executive assistant to coordinate schedules and tasks effectively. Assist in organizing social events, making travel arrangements, and running various errands as required. Occasionally, provide support during photo and video shoots, including taking pictures and assisting with social media content creation. Requirements: Exceptional organizational skills to maintain order in rooms, closets, pantries, and other spaces. Excellent communication skills with a keen understanding of client preferences and priorities. Experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role is preferred. Knowledgeable across various domains relevant to household management; Experience with social media content creation is preferred. Reliable, efficient, discreet, and highly organized in managing day-to-day responsibilities. Working Schedule: 20-30hrs per week, Monday to Friday with flexible working schedule. Open to a custom schedule such as specific set days off, etc. Hourly compensation based on experience. Salary Range: $25-$35 per hour.
