This is a great opportunity for someone with 2–3 years of roofing experience who is ready to take the next step into project management. Now Hiring: Entry-Level Roofing Project Manager (W-2) Phoenix Metro / Greater Arizona Full-Time | On-Site | W-2 Position What We Offer: Paid Training : 1 months of full-time paid onboarding and job-shadowing to ensure success Base Salary : $50,000–$60,000/year to start (W-2) Raise Opportunity : Eligible for $60,000–$70,000 after 12 months based on performance Gas Coverage : Company gas card provided for work-related travel using company vehicle Time Off : Standard W-2 vacation and sick leave (PTO accrual) Health Insurance : Not provided at this time Responsibilities: Manage daily operations on roofing projects Deliver and pick up materials (manual labor involved) Ensure on-site safety, quality control, and communication Maintain customer satisfaction Drive between job sites (local travel) Qualifications: Required: 2–3 years of roofing experience (tile, shingles, etc.) Valid driver's license Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable working outdoors and on active job sites Highly self-motivated and detail-oriented Preferred: Prior leadership or foreman experience Experience coordinating with subcontractors Familiarity with roofing materials and scopes of work Why Join ProGuard Roofing?
